The actor has left the treatment facility two months ago and now he is spending time with his kids Harper and Ford. It seems he is very committed to his sobriety and his main priority is being with his kids and Elizabeth. That doesn’t mean that they are reconciling. Rather they are co-parenting. He has solid support from his friends and Elizabeth.

Hammer’s film Death of the Nil I which was filmed in late 2019 has been released this month. Last year Hammer was accused by a few women of emotional and physical abuse. They claimed that alleged that he messaged them about sexual acts and other fetishizing violence. At that time, the post went viral. Hammer exited the film named “Shotgun Wedding”.

The actor said in a statement, “but in light of the vicious and spurious online attacks against me, I cannot, in good conscience now, leave my children for four months.” However, a woman named Effie claimed that Hammer raped her in 2017. Hammer’s attorney shared in a statement, “From day one, Mr. Hammer has maintained that all of his interactions with [Effie]—and every other sexual partner of his for that matter—have been completely consensual, discussed and agreed upon in advance, and mutually participatory.”
