Janet Jackson Is Going To Sell A Collection Of Personal Items In A Celebrity Auction

The legendary pop star Janet Jackson is about to sell over 1,000 personal items in a celebrity auction which is set to take place next month.

In this auction, Janet is going to sell different personal items of her groundbreaking four-decade career including her wedding dress. Most interestingly she will sell the outfits she wore in the ‘Scream’ video with her brother Michael Jackson.

It is heard that the auction will place for three days from May 14 to May 16. This auction will also mark Jackson’s 55th birthday on May 16. It is a. honor to the music icon Janet’s remarkable career which changed the music industry forever. She contributed a lot to open the door for the next generation who followed her extraordinary path.

Over 1,000 items are set to sell including her wedding dress which she wore in the secret marriage to dancer René Elizondo Jr. in 1991. Additionally, her famous, single silver-tone hoop earring with a hanging key and her ‘Rhythm Nation’ military jacket are also going to sell.

Executive director of Julien’s Auctions Martin Nolan said, “Janet has never done anything like this before. We’ve approached her so many times, and it has always been very hard to find anything at auction from her because she kept and archived everything.”
