Meghan Markle has nailed another crimson look with her sleeveless red gown with a daring leg slit. The outfit was designed by Carolina Herrera. The Duchess of Sussex attended the Salute to Freedom gala with her husband Prince Harry at New York’s Intrepid Museum.
The Duke of Sussex served in the British armed forces for 10 years. Prince Harry looked sharp with his classic black tux. He was honoring members of the military by handing out medals. He wore his badges and a red poppy which is a symbol of honoring military members who’ve died in the war. Meghan wore a poppy on her dress as well.
Meghan always surprised her followers with new initiatives. Earlier this month, she appeared at a conference and discussed economic parity for women. She also expressed her thoughts about the negative effect of tabloids. She said, “Well, first I would urge you not to read tabloids because I don’t think that that’s healthy for anyone. Hopefully one day they come with a warning label like cigarettes do, like ‘this is toxic for your mental health.’”
