Meghan Trainor and Her Weight Loss Journey
Meghan Trainor has announced that she has shed 60 pounds after giving birth to her first kid in February 2021 with her husband Daryl Sabara. Since then, she has been on a mission of losing weight and being in a shape that she is happy with.
She claimed that after Riley’s birth, she was the “thickest I’d ever been” and weighed more than 200 pounds, which put her in a “very sad place” before embarking on a better lifestyle. Being fit and in shape has always been a challenge for her, as she has been dealing with weight issues since the start of her career.
She also exposed her motherhood, “I was over 200 lbs when I C-sectioned him out,” Meghan said to the reporters. “I was simply not feeling well. I’d never had sutures before, so having this C-section scar put me in an extremely dark place, and I needed to be in a good place for my baby.”
Meghan’s slimmer figure is the result of a diet adjustment and discovering a renewed love for exercising. “I discovered that I prefer nutritious cuisine and that amounts are important,” she stated.
