Kirstie Alley’s Ex-Husband Parker Stevenson paid tribute after the actress’s death. Kirstie Alley and Parker Stevenson got married in 1997. They spent together as a married couple for 15 years. Parker shared a heart-touching message following the actress’ death. The message expressed that he was “grateful” for their years together.

The actor wrote on social media, “Dear Kirstie, I am so grateful for our years together. and for the two incredibly beautiful children and now grandchildren that we have. You will be missed. With love, Parker.”

Besides the message, the actor shared a couple of pic attending the movie Shoot to Kill in 1988. Parker shared two kids True and Lillie with Kirstie. After the devastating death of Kirstie, their children first shared the news of the death at the age of 71. The actress was Battling colon cancer for years.

Her kids announced on social media, “She was surrounded by her closest family and fought with great strength, leaving us with a certainty of her never-ending joy of living and whatever adventures lie ahead. As iconic as she was on screen, she was an even more amazing mother and grandmother.”

Kirstie’s co-stars also paid tribute and reflected on their memories. The Cheers star Ted Danson said, “I was on a plane today and did something I rarely do. I watched an old episode of Cheers. It was the episode where Tom Berenger proposes to Kirstie, who keeps saying no, even though she desperately wants to say yes. Kirstie was truly brilliant in it. Her ability to play a woman on the verge of a nervous breakdown was both moving and hysterically funny.”

The actor John Travolta also looked back on their friendship and said, “Kirstie was one of the most special relationships I’ve ever had. I love you Kirstie. I know we will see each other again.”
