Tom Morello Has Reacted To A Tiktok Viral Video

Tom Morello gives his approval to viral TikTok video Rage Against The Machine.

The video was posted to TikTok by @thejacobgivens. Then it was re-shared on Twitter by Paul Bae. After hearing the iconic political band’s music track ‘Freedom’ back in 1993, Jacob Givens re-creates his experience.

He has his mind blown by the music. Givens said, “You DO have to rage against it!” he says, adding that frontman Zack De La Rocha “sounds so ANGRY!” He also added, “And now I’m angry about what he’s angry about!” he adds. “I’m angry… but I’m learning.”

Previously Rage Against The Machine was controversially omitted by the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame and Iron Maiden. The 2021 inductees were announced by The Hall earlier this week. Many stars including Jay-Z, Foo Fighters, Tina Turner, Todd Rundgren, The Go-Go’s, and Carole King were on the list.

KISS’ Gene Simmons protested the decision of Hall and said, “Sadly, Rage Against The Machine shut out of RR Hall of Fame. The Hall should be ashamed of themselves….”
