Chris Hemsworth’s Stunt Double says that he has to eat seven times a day to keep up with the Hollywood actor’s weight gain.
Bobby Holland Hanton is performing as Chris Hemsworth’s body double in the upcoming movie “Thor: Love and Thunder”. He is now shooting for this movie in Australia. He admitted that he is feeling pressure to keep up with the weight gain of Hemsworth. He said that the action man Hemsworth gradually bulks up and becomes the biggest Thor he’s ever seen.
Recently Holland has appeared on the Australian morning radio show “Fitzy & Wippa”. In this radio program, Hanton said, “Everyone is like, ‘Wow, look at the size and him’, but I’m like yes, brilliant, now I have to put on that size as well. I text him, I’m like, ‘Thanks very much dude, this is going to be even harder this time!”‘
He also said, “Every two hours we’re eating. It’s become a chore. I don’t enjoy eating at all every two hours.” Then he added, “I find carrying around the extra weight is difficult and hard to maintain on the ligaments,” he said. “But he’s all good. Look at him, he’s a man mountain.”
Hanton grew up in Portsmouth in the UK. He first worked with Hemsworth on the film titled “Thor: The Dark World” in 2013. Previously he doubled for actors such as Henry Cavill, Ryan Reynolds, Channing Tatum, and Jake Gyllenhaal.
